How to Size a Pool Filter

Follow these simple steps to measure your pool filter cartridge correctly.

Measure the outside diameter of your filter cartridge (measurement A)
Measure the length of your filter cartridge (measurement B). Measurements should include the end caps but do not include any handles or threads.
If your filter cartridge has an opening in the top and/or bottom, measure the diameter of each opening.
Look for any part #'s and/or brand names that may be on your old filter cartridge.
